Meet The Director / Teacher
My name is Deja Slaughter, and I am honored to introduce myself as the founder and director of this wonderful childcare center. As a proud mother of four, I have experienced firsthand the joys and challenges of nurturing young minds. These experiences have fueled my passion for supporting families in their children’s growth and development.
I am licensed through the state of California and earned my Director, school age, preschool teacher and infant teacher certificate. I have 4 years of experience in early childcare education and as a committed educator, I will continue to grow by pursuing my associates and later bachelors in child development.
I am dedicated to creating a caring, faith-centered environment where children can thrive. I am a woman of God, and it is my mission to teach children the Word of God while equipping them with essential skills to prepare them for the next stages of their journey.
Together, we will inspire their curiosity, nurture their hearts, and build a strong foundation for a bright future.
