Welcome to David’s Kingdom Academy! We make enrollment simple, convenient, and stress-free. Our process is designed so parents can focus on what matters most—their child’s growth and learning.
Enrollment Process
We use Brightwheel for Enrolling children. Through Brightwheel, parents can:
Complete an enrollment packet online
Pay registration and deposit fees
Download Handbook
Stay up-To-Date with your child(ren) throughout the day

Tuition & Fees
Our tuition is competitive and includes:
All meals and snacks
Educational materials and supplies
Emergency supplies
One Time Registration Fee: $75 ($50 / Sibling)
Holding Deposit: $100
(Secures child spot and is Applied to the first week of care)
All Payments are non-refundable
Enrollment Steps
Step 1: Fill out Inquiry Form
Complete inquiry form with your child(ren)
Step 2: Schedule a Tour
Come visit our center to see classrooms, outdoor areas, and meet our caring staff.
Step 3: Receive Your Enrollment Packet
After your tour, you'll receive an enrollment packet that includes:
Childcare Agreement (Contract)
Required Licensing Forms
Parent Handbook
Emergency Information Forms
Brightwheel Enrollment Instructions
Step 4: Complete Enrollment Requirements
To reserve your child's space, the following items must be submitted before care can begin:
✔ Completed Enrollment Packet
✔ Signed Childcare Agreement (Contract)
✔ $75 Registration Fee
($50 for each additional sibling)
✔ $100 Refundable Enrollment Deposit
(Applied to your first week of tuition.)
✔ Tuition Paid in Advance
✔ Immunization Records
Required for all children under age 6 and for children who are homeschooled or not enrolled in a public or private school, in accordance with California licensing requirements.
✔ Proof of School Enrollment
Required for school-age children enrolled in a public or private school (such as a current school schedule, enrollment verification, or other proof of attendance).
Please Note
Enrollment is confirmed only after all required paperwork, documentation, fees, and the enrollment deposit have been received and approved. Your child's space is not reserved until the enrollment process has been completed.
