Parent(s)/Guardian(s) who enrolled their child(ren) will enroll in our new Brightwheel App!
Follow these simple steps to get connected to Brightwheel and stay engaged with your child’s growth at David's Kingdom Academy:
Step 1:
Download the Brightwheel App or click link below
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for Brightwheel and download the app
Step 2:
Create an Account
Open the app and select Sign Up
Enter your name, email address, and create a password
Verify your account via the confirmation email
Step 3:
Connect with David's Kingdom Academy
Look out for an invitation email or text from us with a direct link to join
Click the link and follow the instructions to connect to your child's profile
Step 4:
Complete Your Profile
Update your child’s profile information (allergies, emergency contacts, etc.)
Add a photo of your child for easy identification
Step 5:
Explore the App
Familiarize yourself with key features like:
Daily Updates: Meals, naps, and activities
Messages: Communicate with our staff
Billing: Secure payment processing
Attendance: Check-in and check-out logs
Step 6:
Access the Parent Handbook, Schedule, Resources, and Electronic Enrollment Forms to Fill Out
Navigate to the "Documents" section to view the Parent Handbook, Schedule, Resources and Enrollment Forms.
Step 7:
Stay Connected and Engaged
Use Brightwheel to track your child's progress, receive updates, and communicate with our academy team.

From birth to age 5, your child should reach milestones in how he or she plays, learns, speaks, acts, and moves. Photos and videos in this app illustrate each milestone and make tracking them for your child easy and fun!
